  This store has been amazing to me an my family. They've been helpful asked questions about us to help us with better products. They helped me replace my home wifi with a cheaper faster service. Kimberly Watkins- you used to work for them and you were one of the rudest people I've ever met. In fact you gave them 5 stars 4 months ago. Liz L- I'm usre if you went in there and addressed this Heather the store manager would be more then happy to fix what happened.Shes a really nice lady. Chris Penn- lol I'm 100% you didn't talk to anyone higher up because you only get entry level people on the call center. And I know for a fact they didn't Can't change anything on your plan without your consent because I used to work for the call center. I sell homes now and I am completely happy with this store and Heather who runs it. I have referred them to clients and friends. I wish I knew where you all worked so I could go there and give you a really bad review
